There's one in the office building in Dent, right by the drive thru. Then there is one past Race Rd. On the left.

I've never been to the one in the office building as I know someone that works in that building and that would be a bad day if I ran into them. As for the nice guy thing, it's more like I was confused and therefore playing along with things to make sure stuff was going as smoothly as possible. As the posts here will reflect, with an AMP anything is possible, but you can leave empty handed if she wants to.
