Recent ads, not leftovers. But that's not the main point.
Meloney has been circling through this area for a loooong time. It wouldn't surprise me if her three different ads with three different amounts and three different phone numbers was just due to leftover ads and profiles hanging around, along with a good dose of the ADD / scatterbrained nature that is so prevalent in the hobby.
I've never seen her, though her look really does it for me. As far as I know she is legit, but what I've heard is that the services are limited and perhaps so-so. I'd love to hear differently.
The ad she keeps up on AS most of the time is the one at 250 hr. The 200 (AS) and 300 (Eros) are both new. I check the sites often enough to know what's stale and what's not. Understandably, her 200 ad has now been pushed down to the 2nd page and she hasn't bumped it higher. Think of it like an airline ticket sale that goes away if you don't jump on it (pun intended) right away.
Like you, I haven't taken the plunge but TER gave her good marks for attractiveness, attitude, and (non-GFE) service, IIRC. At 250 or 300 I wouldn't consider that a good enough value but I might be tempted at 200. And using that as a reference price I might try for a hh session at the 140-150 price point.
But the larger point is that shopping around and doing good homework yields useful intel. With Meloney, for example, it tells us that her price isn't set in stone and it gives us the highs and lows of her price range. Without a doubt she will always try to get the highest price but, if you catch her at a slow time, you know about how much you can offer without insulting her.
Some providers have full-blown GPS while others are businesswomen who adjust to market conditions. Meloney's ads are an indication she falls into the latter category.
Another good example is LaraRose. Her rates can be as high as 300-400 but I've had several full-GFE 45 min sessions for 180. And, since she's not a clockwatcher, those usually end up being closer to an hour. She has a good sense for business and doesn't hesitate to run low-price specials when the market dictates. But homework and shopping around is the only way to identify those opportunities.
P.S. The all-too-common mantra that prices aren't negotiable is pure bullsh*t. Almost everything is negotiable if you've done your homework and approach it correctly.
