If that site was raining reasonably priced pussy, the new rate would be a bargain. Sadly, that is not to be.
There are SB unicorns on there, but with the amount of work, the donation requests, and time it takes to mine the site, it just doesn't pay off for me. She said the things you don't realize before you get there 1) that 30-45 minute video takes about 8 hours of shooting; 2) you'll be doing at least 2 or 3 guys even if the video only shows 1 guy because guys can only last so long or one's cock looks better in a specific shot angle, etc; 3) if you're not shooting and your living in the "model house" your job on the set will probably be acting as a fluffer.
