Not sure what identfying girls that does bareback will do besides promote them for the guys that are looking for that. With my background in healthcare, this reminds me of term used in healthcare called "universal precautions". In short, unversal precautions means we should assume that anybody could be infected with something we don't want and we should take the needed precautions to protect ourselves.
