I had a gentleman try to see me yesterday and he claimed to be a member of this board and that certain other members could vouch for him. He was staying at the Westin. Little did he know, I already knew the senior member he was claiming to be.

Long story short. It was a sting.

If ladies don't make sure to have clients PM them from the accounts that the references stem from, they can be caught up. Anyone can claim they are someone, GET proof.

We NEED to be careful on this board and all boards. LE is watching and learning.

Can't be too careful. Sometimes you may need a date but and might not get all the facts it pays to check. I receive PM's and txt pone calls everyday and night. I do my best to help. Sometimes I never get to sleep. Thats OK we got to keep our young ladies safe.

But seriously LE will use the nicer hotels in town to make the provider believe that they are a big spending business executive in town with money $$ and time. In Nashville they had a large busts and 8-12 providers plus clients were arrested at the Indigo Hotel (downtown). This an upscale chic hotel and of course the client needed the girls right away. I always advise the provider friends to send a PM thru USG, NR or other verifiable sites with 2 descriptions and 1 unique event or marking that provider would know about. If they cannot I recommend walk; no run away. Be safe girls and guys. Hope to see you soon.

I think most people knew that LE read the board but I would guess that this is the first time that Memphis LE have attempted to impersonate a known member of this board as part of a sting operation. I am glad that Sarah was smart and tried to verify it (and realized what was going on). Some of the more thorough providers have asked me for a PM from this board before seeing me (when they realized that I was a member of the board).
