I've been in the south side area a few times recently and later in the evening has been dead. However, during the day has been active. Both BSW and WSWs out in good numbers. On Wednesday around noon just north of Bates and Virginia saw a 25--30 yo brunette walking with a polar cup and talking on the phone. She gave me the look but did not hang up so I kept driving. OK, so the convo. Maybe start with "Hey, you working?" If she says "Yes", follow that up with "Looking for a car date. Can I meet you somewhere?" or "I got a room. Can I meet you somewhere?" or "You got a room? I can meet you there. " Your friend probably told you what she will do and her rate, so you are all set.
Just be aware that you are telling an unknown person exactly where you will be and when. Be aware of your surroundings. Only bring cash you can afford to lose. If you are picking her up, watch for other people in the area and bail if you feel in danger.

Situations can be different depending on the girl, but usually its best to have an idea of what to say if she asks you where you got her number. Some girls may be okay with you saying you got it from a friend and that is it, some may not care at all but others will. So you may want to ask the guy giving the number if there is anything you should say to help get "in" with the girl.
The rest is pretty simple. You ask if they are available, figure out a convenient pickup spot and away you go.
Definitely get a burner phone if you don't already have one. Be careful what you text or say, best not to get specific through text or on phone, handle the details in person. You never know who may have her phone or who may have access to it.
