Generally, at spas discussed in this forum, the woman will offer HE and / or just start the HE on the flip if you took your underwear off. Broadway in my experience will upsell nude. 1760 will generally upsell services although you may need to go a couple times before they do.

Damage starts at 100-120 all in (or 40-60 for a half hour with 60 tip for standard HE). Some places want 80 tip for the HE but I wouldn't pay that without topless roaming. On upsell, topless usually 70-100 tip, BJ 150 tip, FS 200 tip. Remember you're paying a premium on top of the house 40-60, and the premium is for a safer alternative to SW. No pimps, less disease, less worry about robbery (YMMV), no real worry about uncle LEO (spa gets that risk since it's very hard to catch spa John's on soliciation). Your milage may vary.
