Looks like a pimple gone bad (more like a boil), she has one on her lip in another Pic. I'm guessing that she's one of those girls that doesn't really have acne, but gets one really bad pimple every month at that time. These girls are human too.

The "choker" is just a cheap choker, just a poor color choice is all. The poor girl, as cute as she is, is just very color / make-up / fashion challenged. Just terrible choices with clothes, lingerie, make-up, hair color, etc. She just gets away with it because she's so pretty and young, with the eyes and smile and all. To recap, she kept me waiting 1 1/2 hrs. Got to incall, the room was thick with perfume, and there was a table set up with all sorts of mysterious amulets and sparkly things on it. I think it's just an unfortunate pimple. I haven't been lucky enough to see her in a while, but don't recall seeing anything permanent.

It's clearly a damn big hole that the choker was supposed to cover. Don't know anything about her specifically but I do know that once veins become too hard to hit the jugular becomes an option. Given the state of the hobby over the last few years and that's potentially the scenario then yes anyone deciding to see her has the right to discuss it.
