It's worse than that. It's mutually assured destruction.
I think it would be suicide for an AMP to answer any sex question on the phone
The worst case scenario for anyone frequenting one of these establishments is that it's under surveillance.
If you're unlucky enough to be in attendance when it's raided, the circumstances where you can get into any actual trouble are usually pretty remote, as long as you keep your answers brief, your mouth otherwise shut and casually observe that it isn't a crime to be seeking a massage (a legal service), it isn't a crime to be carrying cash or protection on your person, and it isn't a crime to leave your I'd and valuables in your car.
But if they have your voice on tape inquiring about sexual services in exchange for payment and then they find you inside the establishment during a raid with cash to pay for the services you inquired about (and / or protection, if that's your thing), it's considerably more probable that they may decide to arrest you, and for the district attorney to seriously consider filing charges against you, if only to set an example.
That you may be able to actually beat the charges when the time comes is really no longer the issue.
The issue is now what would happen to your life if your mug shot was posted on a reputable news site alongside a story about a raid on the massage parlor which exposed a brothel "in disguise".
Negotiate those things when you get there. And whisper, if not using hand gestures exclusively.
What You Sign Up For Every time You Go
That's the obvious danger of this game. From what I know and asking my step brother who is a retired cop, for AMP raids LE won't record phone calls and send texts unless they feel like there's more to it than just prostitution. He said they'll usually just send a UC then record the sex act for money exchange talk and then the cards all come crashing down. Everyone here knows what we're walking into is illegal and know the risks but we go anyway right?
Good point that AMPs don't get raided a lot. I think all AMPs are pretty safe too. Paradise may have a sloppy mamasan though I've gotten the bait and switch 3 times total now and she was really cool when I asked over the phone and she might not have even known it was me I have a very common name and used different numbers to call before. But nothing lasts forever and girls get older or go move to a different city so I'm just going to enjoy it while it lasts knowing the risks hoping not to get caught up. It's not that complicated. It's this new VIP option that got people confused that's all. Even so I've never heard of anyone in over 2 decades say I'm not going to a specific AMP because they feel like it's not discreet enough.
Philly needs to get one of these, then throw their cheesesteak and Eagles tix away!

Sit down, take your heart / BP meds, and if you have a hair on your arse, ask your wife / significant other to (respectfully) "try doing this, biotch".
