Please keep in mind that all Senior Members were newbies at one time. Most of us want to share information with fellow mongers. I'd imagine there needs to be some evidence of the crime, but that evidence doesn't necessarily need to be enough to obtain a conviction. So, being caught in a place known to provide prostitution, with your dick inside of her, I'd guess it is up to the officers discretion on what to file if anything.
I suppose, I just wouldn't antagonize LE when in the situation.
Bottom line, they can arrest you, charge you, the it is up to the the to follow up and prosecute the charges. Once arrested, depending on the municipality, the arrest record and associated charges may be available on the criminal record.

Tried two places this past week. First, was in a hurry and stopped by the place on Katella and Euclid. Had all the outside signals of being a RnT, but I soon learned that it wasn't. After laboring for what seemed like forever, I finally was able to find out where the skypark location is (is there more than one. Anyway, after a quick drive around the building to check for Uncle Leo, I headed in. And to say you would not easily find this place without hints is an understatement.
