As Sonicus implies, nothing prevents LE from assigning someone to the task of becoming a member or even senior member and turning the info here to their own purposes, but in the case of the latter there would over time be false notes in their posts.

Someone whose posts you have read regularly will have shown he understands and respects the nature of the game and is not trying to shut it down or going to ruin a good thing. So they try to accomplish with pure harassment what they cannot accomplish via actual law enforcement. AC was busted last year but nothing came of it so LE is pissed and seems to have it in for this place.

Which brings me to a very difficult point that I was discussing with my buddy Dickbreath this afternoon. We have a conundrum on these internet sites. Intuitively it seems to be an excellent service to the community to post these warnings about a place and it's customers experiencing LE harassment. However, this also plays right into the hands of LE. They mean to find numerous ancillary harassing techniques, and that includes reduction of demand. And that means that they are slapping each other on the back when warnings are posted about their harassing behaviors. Obviously warning posts will deter mongers from going to the subject MP, business is negatively impacted, top providers get scared away by business reduction and the harassment to their own selves, and the place ends up with "for lease" signs on the door.

So I realize it is incredibly counter-intuitive, but I am beginning to think it a better thing for mongers to get up to speed on their own rights and knowledge of what it takes to be convicted of a prostitution related crime, and NOT broadcast incidents of harassment that will scare off others. We are after all outlaws because this society continues to officially find our hobby to be a criminal activity. No matter the hypocrisy and foundation of lies that criminalization is built on. Also in part because mongers will never lobby their government and fellow citizens to end outrageous criminalization of victimless crime.

So perhaps the least we can do is grow thick skins, take our risks, stand our ground, and stop rewarding LE for harassing behavior by reporting about how we were victimized by such harassment. I'm not so naive to believe that this is LE's most effective weapon against MPs. That would be enforcement of licensing requirements, tax violations both legit and via municipal corruption as we've seen in the City of Bell, and nuisance regulations such as those that create criminal liability for MPs that maintain a supply of condoms on premises (that's right, LE unwittingly promoting unsafe sex. So as weird and illogical as it seems, I am suggesting that we will be better off reporting about the BBBJ we enjoyed inside the shop and not reporting about the cops staring us in the eyeballs in the parking lot on our way out.
