While you and I could hit up a provider without thinking twice, someone who's in the spotlight has a lot more to lose for their actions. Heard on news a week ago they wanted to cut down on the worlds oldest profession at and around this event (the SB). (guess it has been increasing every year) and look who gets caught in one of the stings. HOF-er and NFL analyst Warren Sapp. LOL. This just after basketball analyst and former NBA player Greg Anthony was arrested two weeks ago for solicitation a prostitute in an Atlantic City Hotel lobby. LOL. Guess no one's immune to it is the moral of the story. Not just senators but two prominent sorts analyst / ex players in less then a month. Wow. Waiting for more details to come out on it. Sure it was a lucrative high end girl he wanted to come to his hotel or maybe he solicited in Lobby I'm thinking. Doubt with his $ it would have been a street girl.

If LE were to arrest a girl I had dated previously, and then began texting the numbers in her cell phone, asking the person if they could meet her that day, would that be considered to be entrapment? I got a text from a girl, one that had never texted me before except in response to one of my texts. Fortunately I had a real reason why I couldn't meet her, and I never received another text from her. Now I am wondering if they would stoop so low as to do that, and if so, if it would be entrapment.

I think that is entrapment and impersonation. I personally don't see how the police could use another person's phone without their permission, but who knows now days. I guess that would have to be your defense, where it was under false impersonation and due to that it led to entrapment. You would have to read the text and see if it seems like an entrapment and to be safe, be vague in your response. After these recent high profile busts I am having second thoughts of meeting someone without any reviews, even if they have a humaniiplex account.

I suppose if that were to happen again and depending on your relationship with her, I would text "call me", so you have voice confirmation. If she did call, just say lets hook up, without any incriminating details.
