I picked up a girl named Michelle a couple of weeks ago just east of the La Mesa city limits. She gave a CBJ for .4, nothing special.

Seems that San Diego PD and the DA are doing something similar to Washington State's SOAP (Stay Out of Areas of Prostitution) program. Michelle tells me that what happens is this: At the trial (or sometimes at the first hearing) an offer might be made. The girl will not do time or get an "official" police record if it is her first offense, but if she it caught inside a certain area (and it's specified in the paperwork) not just going to the store or whatever it's an automatic arrest, the other charge is brought back and she is looking at a second offense and some jail time as well.

Checking with an attorney friend of mine (who specializes in prostitution/john cases) he says the would like to say the girls can't come into the city limits at all but that is to vague an unconstitutional. On the other hand, it can be specified "Within 1 block either direction of El Cajon Blvd within the city limits of San Diego" or, as one girl was told "Within 5000 feet of any area know to Law Enforcement to be an area where prostitution occurs" or some such blather.

Attorney friend says it isn't being used on Johns YET but is being considered. He seems to think it might be used on a guy with no priors, wearing a wedding ring and maybe driving a newer car that he doesn't want to lose, or one who starts singing to Uncle Leo about the girl in the car as soon as he is pulled over.

Wow my first post. A big thanks to all of you mongers on the site. I have still not picked up a SW out of LE fear but I am getting close. I work in Coronado and drive up north everyday to go home. I take the 163 to the Robinson exit and then go up Park to ECB. I cruise to the 15 then go north. The time frame is always between 1:30 and 3:00. I was wondering if I would really be able to pick out the SW just from reading this site and absofuckinlutley I could. They are so obvious to me now. I dont know why I didn't start doing this sooner. Just got back from a trip to Philly and I gotta let you know the AMPs around here are rippin' us off big time! I visited 3 different AMPs in Philly and all three were younger, prettier and le$$ than around SD county.

Best by far was the little place know here on the board as CH2 (Philly AMP list). It was a bit hard to find, none of the AMPs have any kind of sign outside, just street numbers. It turned out to be just off the 'comfortable' part of town, so walking there at 4am might be an issue (yea, u read that right, they're open till 4am). Got there around 1pm, was shown 3 gals (8-9 material), picked Mimi (definite 9, Blonde, fake Ds and a 25" ass - heaven!) and went upstairs for a TS that involved heavy petting and lots of kisses. After this, Mimi lead me to a side room and we discussed some of the activity on this board. SOAP's

The soap's are civil restraining order. In order to get one the cops must get the businesses to sign the restraining order. In the past the business owners were reluctant to sign the restraining orders. I have noticed recently that there has been less pimps around.

What is the average that you pay for FS at Sundance, and does anyone have any tips on how to handle going there as a first-timer?

Had to go to National city for work so I decided to take a cruise down Main st. I saw one ugly lsw near Main & Divison.

After I got off work I decided to cruise ECB for a bit. The action was pretty dead saw only one sw working. There was a heavy police presence and they were pulling over a lot of cars. The cops had pulled over at least 5 people. Not certain what was happening it could be a prelude to their holiday max enforcement.

They don't need any business to sign a restraining order. Any place where prostitution is known to occur can be designated a SOAP area. If a SW gets busted for prostitution in that area -- she gets SOAP'ed -- effectively banning her from that area for a specific period of time -- usually one year. The only person who needs to sign off on it is the judge. If she so much as sets one foot in the area she can be immediately arrested regardless of her activity.

The only time a business needs to sign a restraining order is when for example someone gets caught shoplifting in their store. If the person enters the store's property they get immediately busted for criminal trespass, which is a completely different offense than a SOAP violation.

Do you have a link to the ordinance........??? Tried doing a search on "ca.gov" and nothing came up. But it's disappointing that the cops can use this. This could explain why there are so few girls on ECB recently.

Actually I don't have a link, I was pretty much just re-stating Seattle's SOAP law. Every year all the police chiefs (or their representatives) get together and discuss such things as controlling prostitution. If one area (such as Seattle) is effective reducing prostitution with something such as SOAP, the other police agencies copy it almost verbatim and enact it in their jurisdictions. A few minor things might be changed, but all in all it's usually the same law.

For example, Orlando might get an intent to solicite law. It seems to work. Three years later, 50 other cities have an intent to solicite law. They're all copycats. The car impound law. Ditto. Sometimes they may sit back and see if the law gets successfully challenged constitutionally before enacting it.

I'm going to be in SD in the next couple of weeks staying at a hotel on Ave of Industry in Rancho Bernado (wherever the hell that is) north of downtown. Any street action to be had out there, or clubs I could go to mid week where hookups might be easy?

I'm up for either P4P, or picking up a straight girl (yikes).

Rancho Bernardo is an upscale area north of town with absolutely no p4p action. San Diego AMPs are surprisingly bad especially considering L.A. has good action and San Fran has great action. I don't follow the SW scene so I can't help you there either. If you've never been to Tijuana now is the time. It's a 40 minute drive south of Rancho Bernardo. Action is cheap and plentiful there. Adelita's Bar in TJ should be your first stop if cross the border.

There is a new AMP in Vista called VISTAR. It's off 78E and Sycamore. It is down the street from where I work so I went there today at lunch time.

A man greeted me behind a counter...friendly enough. He asked how long and I said 30 minutes. He then told me that they offer free table showers (TS) with a one hour massage. Immediately an alarm went off in my head. I asked "Are the girls Chinese or Korean?" He answered "All Chinese." At that point I said I would be back later.

Reason: This sounded like the same set-up as JK in Escondido. There you get a free TS with a hour massage and the massage is pretty decent. But all the extra's are over-priced...like $80 for a HJ and absolutely no FS. The other Chinese AMP in Vista wanted $200 for FS. I don't mind taking one for the team....but I have no interest any longer in Chinese AMP's.

Assessment: The Korean women are much quicker to learn that if you treat the guys well and give them some nice extra's, their tip will be very nice. The Chinese girls just don't get it. They expect outrageous money for mediocre service. And in my humble opinion the Korean ladies are just beautiful.

In the end: I went to Sundance in Escondido and got the usual great experience.

Just can't stop thinking how convenient TJ is for the SD local. Had a couple of hours to spare this afternoon, and instead of "getting lucky" ($50 for a lame massage + $50-100 for "extras") at an AMP or seeing what I could find on the streets of ECB ("Is she a pro? A cop working a sting? A TV?), I took the 35 minute drive to TJ. Here was the drill:

$5 cab to Adelitas - checked it out and it was as packed as I have ever seen it - went outside and checked out the street scene - met "Andrea" (22 yr old with a killer body and a very friendly attitude) - $25 + $5 for the room for "sin ropa" CBJ, cowgirl and mish - back to Adelitas for a cold one - $5 cab back to the border. Total time from parking lot to parking lot: 1 hr 50 min Total out of pocket (including 1 drink) $44 (less than what the lame massage would have cost).

For those who haven't tried it - TJ is just like your wife might think "Home Depot" or "Fry's" is - a toystore for men - only in TJ the "toys" provide FS!

There is a really good amp close by to where you will be. The 15 is the closest major freeway and if you go North a few miles, Sundance Accupressure is close by. It's probably a 15 to 20 minute drive. Just do a search and you'll find all the details.

If you decide to try TJ, just go South on the 15. It ends at the border.

If you're more adventerous, exit on El Cajon Blvd on your way South (about 20 to 30 minutes drive). Hang a right and check out the next few miles.

I suggest checking out past postings to get a feel for what to look for.

This is the first time I've been able to use the forum since the upgrade. I've had a few encounters and some photos to share.

The are 2 Temecula AMP'S I'd like to know about. The 1st is on Jefferson in the Stater Bros shopping center and the other is around the corner on Enterprise inside an office building. Both offer 30 min/$40 entry. Anybody try either? Went by both today and was very ubsure about extras being offered. I would like to try if worth going. The place on Enterprise seemed the more promising of the 2.

I posted a pretty detailed review of my last visit to Sundance with Sandy and I was gearing up for a second visit. I want to try someone new and was hoping to get some recommendations. Sandy was fine (and especially fine looking) but someone a little more GFE would be nice.

Also, is it typical to have to shower alone at Sundance? Getting the TS is one of my favorite things about AMPs in Hawaii.

Went crusing yesterday afternoon. Didn't expect much, but have an hour to kill. Overall pretty dead. There were a couple of girls out, but were pickup much faster than I could maneuver to even try to pick up. there were a lot of mongers. At least 5 cars to every 1. It was really funny. When a girl would appear you could see them swooping in for the pickup.

Anyway, just a couple and not that great. LE was minimal, but to be honest wasn't much to patrol.

I got a motel about 3 miles from the border. I was there earlier. I drove a block down the street too the 7'11. A nice looking black girl came up too me and asked for a ride to town. When they first opened, they didn't even have a shower! I am not aware of the amp on Enterprise. I will try to find it as I go to Temecuala at least once a week.

The action was quite dead over the Thanksgiving weekend. The main reason was that the cops were cracking down a lot and stopping almost all the girls. One Wednesday evening the the cops were stopping the girls and pulling over a lot of people as well. I headed over to my freiends house who lives near Hollywood Video. We ate early for some reason and there was a few girls out around 11am, but the cops were pulling them over.
