I'd assume a veteran of that space can clarify. I also think it's unlikely that badges would be trying to track down one off SB when stings get then more volume and are flashier for the news.

Just saying that it should be lower risk. LEO can nab multiple people with a sting or taking out AMPs. Meanwhile trying to commit resources to track down SB / SD pairs sounds like too much of an investment for too little result. Hardly makes much of a news story on op of that.
