From there it will ask about household residents for the address you plugged in. Since the title is someone else's there's a good chance the owners name will populate. Take that name into an address search. Yes it's a few steps and time, but if someone wants to get your info it's not overly difficult in today's tech world.
There's also paid subscription sites to get info, probably less steps than the free way.
P.S. I've never done what I said above, but it did pop the sellers name up when I was getting insurance quotes for a potential car purchase.

If these bfs or whoevers actually had that skill, then their girl wouldn't be in this lifestyle. I had someone call me and threaten me and I just laughed and told him that he had the wrong number and after a few minutes he gave up.
