After a stop at pM in Bport, I went to my fave rub and tug in Milford. Hannah was my hostess, a 35ish real thin lady with a nice smile and solid attention to everything I could ask for. Checked it out Tuesday eve. And all was dark. I think I saw a "Help Wanted" sign hanging from the door. It has been closed for stretches a couple of times the last few years, hopefully they will re-open. The pickings are non existing in my area now.
Its a bummer. I hate it as much as you all, believe me. But I am afraid its true. A tad trivial I would think given the recent events that have transpired in CT.
A quick google search on the matter basicaslly indicates its been in the works for about a year. It seems a loophole has been created (or closed) that makes it difficult for the AMP to exist. Any establishment that advertises itself as "massage" is required to have a state license. To obtain such a license, an individual would need to have a certain number of hours of "training" (if you will) on file with the state. This measure, although not explicitly saying so, is unmistakably aimed at the AMPs. Here is a link, albeit brief. I am sure you can find more that go into more detail:

Is there a way around it?
I guess so, however given the transitory nature of the girls. They come and go as we so often have noted. It makes it decidedly inconvenient.
I did have some other theories about this. Thinking perhaps profits are down a bit (hence payoffs to local authorities have been down). One hard-to-fathom fact remains though: these places, particularly in certain spots, have been around for an awfully long time. If you check the archives I think you could find some reviews dating back to the earliest days of the internet. Circa 1996.
