As far as providers that go back 5 - 8 years, (that's one wore out provider) I only know of one in Tucson that had been around 8 years, (she who shall not be named) and she recently retired. I guess there were a few that made it 5 years, but the longest I was ever able to keep a regular was around three years then they would just disappear.
