Loki I was in the same boat with SBA, she has always been so great to me I ignored the bad reviews, thinking this couldn't be true, I will call and have the same great service she always provided. I'm glad I found this sight, saved me alot of headaches and theirs alot of good information on this sight. I kinda figured it was a scam but I didn't know of all they ways to find out that you just listed so I'm glad that I know them now.
