The homeless are all mentally ill and on drugs. You could dump a billion dollars into skid row in hundred dollar bills and it would be used on drugs. But, in spending that money to build bullshit affordable housing (developed no doubt by his cronies), he will completely ignore the prostitutes on fig and elsewhere. He has no desire to profile so as to cut crime. He just does not want to see homeless if he gets off on the wrong 405 exi.

I also endorse Karen Bass. She is as dumb as possible, she gave a fucken speech deifying the church of scientology and when confronted with it, dug in (much like whoopi and her brilliant analysis of the holocaust as white on white crime).
