A guy pays a portion of an hourly rate and gets to watch only.

The other guy offers to let a guy watch for a reduced rate equal to what the observer pays.

The provider gets to advertise and demonstrate to the observer in a safe and very direct way. She also gets her full rate and more business from guys who may not have 100% of the funds ready.
