I've shot photos for some that were at the Camelot, Good Guy's and the Crystal City Restaurant. I believe Archibald's has them. Some are not exactly within walking distance, but I stay at that JW Marriott and the Metro is close by. These clubs have websites with photo galleries and schedules.

Archibalds might be a block or two closer to your hotel but it features primarily white girls.

Ave. It's also on the metro too. I think it's the green line the Rogue is hit or miss and the drinks are pricey. Penthouse on the weekends has better quality consistently.

Stopped by Royal Palace on Saturday; my advice: is you are depressed avoid this place as it is so bad it will make you suicidal. The first dancer was an old lady in a catholic school girl dress. The next a pretty african american who didn't strip the entire set! The next. Good god it was too awful but I felt the need for bacteria wipes after just watching her. And they have this pathetic doorman who doubles as a dj and never gets the songs right. The chicks give him CDs and he always puts on the wrong track so there are songs starting and stopping and the women yelling from the stage at him. If there was a vote for most depressing club ever, this would win.
Went to Good Guys. This is the opposite pretty much a sports bar with the added benefit of three stages of skanks, and I mean that respectfully. They are all friendly and pretty hot and the sound system is great, good positive vibes. Talked to a stacked blond who sat down and she seemed high as a kite; told me her be-friend works at a gay club and they like to take home gay men for a threesome, but it left her hung over from the night before. A whole bevy of diverse ethnic women, including a truly hot korean. The stages place the women's pussy at eye hight and they will grind in the men's faces as long as they stand there.

The Biker club appears to be managed / run-by guys who ride motorcycles. Mostly Harley's. The big ones / cruisers. Middle aged, laid back Black guys. No drama. A bunch of the bikers stayed out front of the club on their bikes the entire night talking. It actually gave me an extra sense of security. The club was open to everyone. Mostly Blacks. 99, and a couple of White guys. There were also about 10. 12 lesbians there getting lapdanced and enjoying the girls.
I wouldn't necessarily take any beyond the normal precautions when venturing out to this club. They ALL have an element of danger, but I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable.

Someone in our community needs help.
I am long time lurker that has been involved with this hobby for many years. Over the years I have befriended some of the girls we visit on our nights out so I usually have an ear to the ground of things that occur. Last night on my weekly rounds, I heard from an old friend that, tragedy has struck our community. The entertainer 'Eclipse' that dances at Macombos is the mother of the little six year old girl that drowned in the bathtub earlier this week. So that I won't violate board rules, I will not post the Washington post link (because of the names). However if you search the Washington post you will find the story.
From what the fellow entertainer told me, Eclipse is not on public assistance, didn't have life insurance on her daughter and is having a hard time securing the funds to bury her daughter. As soon as I heard I went to Macombos and contributed. Eclipse came in while I was there, it appeared some friends just wanted to get her out the house, she was clearly upset and I felt terrible for her.
No one has asked me to post this and actually Eclipse does not know me, but if you happen to visit Macombos this week and you have some extra dollars they have a fund setup to help with funeral costs.

Not too many reports on Ebony Inn. It's on Sheriff Road about 1/2 mile NE of Eastern Ave NE so technically not in DC but in Maryland. All black dancers and staff, and 95% black clientele. Admission $20, beer $5, and they had a full bar. The bar area seemed like a social hangout with some (5 or 6) couples and it was separate from the dance club area. Lapdances $10 / song (cheap!). About a dozen nice looking ebony ladies on Fri at 10:30 pm. VIP was $20 entry plus $20 per song and "whatever you negotiate with the lady", one girl told me. I did not partake of VIP nor inquire about takeout. Possibilities here, I think. The lapdances were good enough for me. Hint: park across the street in the church parking lot (less crowded)

I dropped into Louis Rouge the other day. Killing time in the afternoon between appointments. The place is what it is. But for as run-down and hit or miss as it is, for some reason I keep going back. The afternoon quality was low, but I'm always surprised at the diamonds that show up on stage out of no where. There were definitely one or two surprisingly beautiful women who took the stage that stood out from the rest. The beer isn't cheap ($7 bucks) but the place is open every day and isn't the worst place to kill an hour or two in an afternoon.

Louise Rogue is closed until next year. They had a sign up. Closed for remodelling. I will believe it when I see it. The inside of that place hasn't changed for two years. I was able to get some digits before "closing" time. Just when things were picking up and looking better. I think the owner may be selling to the highest bidder.

Anyone has been in there lately? My last time being there was a few years ago and it only costed a dollar with a flyer to get in if you were early, but I highly doubt it's like that now. I used to date a couple girls in there like Passion, Logan, and Fantasy but I've lost all contact with them. I know Passion now works at Stadium in DC but the other two disappeared. I wonder if the talent in there has devoid since they left.

VIP room is not worth the extra cost ($25 additional the only time I tried). Showcase is non-alcoholic, with drink your own in the parking lot. Cover is $15 during week, $20 on weekends.
