My physician friend said that some rates are accurate such as HIV positives as they have to be reported by law. Others such as Chlamydia are way under reported. I think that statement made the cork pop pretty quickly. She's not GFE but for 80 Mario coins it was a good time. Not sure if I'll go back only because of all the weirdness. YMMV.
