In my beginning, I got a cash and dash after month of meets. Things were going great with her before that. A good meet with a few don't mean it is all kosher. Well, my luck ran out tonight. Hit this one up, downfall is redheads, and got burned by one. Location is roadside motel e. Windsor. Never heard of the place, now I know to stay away. Also, why was a sheet on back seat? Most likely to cover previous stains including the one he sent to Lyft.

Bottom line is driver is pulling a scam and Lyft is backing him up and will not reduce the $80 charge. The sheet moving is what caused me to spill the coffee. Why was a gross, used sheet in back seat in first place?

Finally, coffee stains according to Google are easily removed with dish soap, vinegar, and hot water. Coffee would not leave that stain on upholstery upon cleaning which is why you see a reddish tint upon zooming because it wasn't coffee!

Then I would contact Lyft and tell them the same. I would inform Lyft that you expect them to refund the $80 and will give them a chance to do so before posting your reviews of them, contacting the BBB and taking your business - which, they should know, is now considerable - to Uber or some other rideshare. If not satisfied, I'd take it to the corporate office, telling them that this is an affront and you demand satisfaction.
