LA to Pay $1.3 Million in Police Rape Cases
We started a new archive category today--Misconduct--to cover injustice news related to police and prosecutorial misconduct. Such as the news that the Los Angeles City Council has agreed to pay a $1.3 million settlement in the case of a police officer who raped women while on official duty on three separate occasions.

Former Officer Joseph Evan Robinson, 27, was convicted this year of raping the women while on duty. The former 77th Street Division patrol officer, who had been relieved of duty in April 2002, is serving three consecutive life terms.

In the first case, Robinson and his partner confronted a woman in January 2002 as she sat in a car with her boyfriend at 64th and Figueroa streets. Prosecutors said Robinson determined the woman had an outstanding warrant, then took her to an alley out of sight of his partner and her boyfriend, and raped her, according to a probation report.

Two weeks later, Robinson handcuffed and sexually assaulted a woman in a Figueroa Street motel room after allegedly finding marijuana in the room she shared with a boyfriend, according to a probation report.

A month later, Robinson forced a woman from a bus stop at 47th Street and Figueroa into his patrol car and drove her several blocks away, where he handcuffed and raped her, the report said.

I don't doubt the corruption of some, or a lot of, coppers. But my take on why they don't bother the diseased skanks as much as the better SW's is this:

The skanks are less likely going to pay their tickets. So there is no financial gain in arresting them.

You are forgetting that this is a war, that Police Chief Bratton has stated and continues to state that the solution to the crime problem in LA is to get rid of the heinous crime of street prostitution, and the way to do that is to attack the demand by targeting the customer, not the prostitute.

It may be that since these skanks are not organized, they are not a part of the organized crime machine that Bratton professes to be attacking with this mission of his.

I have seen Bebe and imo she is worth 1 bill. She saw me the first time for .8 but she made it clear that was a one time deal and I have no problem giving her $ now.

Two days ago I met a girl named Diamond and she took .5 but she was worth 1 bill imo. She did some crazy muscle action in her box...I do not have much experience on girls doing this kind of thing mind you but it was not just one type of action...she did like 4 different types of muscle action plus she did 2 kinds of twiching non-stop combined for a good 10 mins. I agree that the ones who demand 100 (Hollywood area exempt) rarely are worth it, but I have seen bebe for 60 & 80 and many many others for 60-80 I am sure if they ask others for 100 they give it, I rarely have to pay 100 luckily, there are some that stick it out, but I just pass, I have done most of the decent girls on Fig & Lbb, I can't remember paying 100 for f/s without anal out there. Very True when people say YMMV, alot goes into the price, usually when girls are 100 only and above they suck because that's the way they are, most girls will work for between 40 + ??? Yea I agree with you Marlowe. Some of my best girls have been young non-pros who would take .4 but they been eager to please and open to my needs to I usually tip them more. Too bad those situations have never lasted more then a month. Seems the girl is usually saving up for something in particular and when she has it I do not hear from her again. Last one was saving money to go to Los Vegas. I still call her old number now and then to see if she came back.

I also agree with you Webcams on two points. A monger can find what he wants with patience and some gas.
