I just gave specific directions to a town that at least 18 people who contacted me didn't know about. If LE is watching this forum, then they are all happy about the information we give concering Portland, Ormsby, Oak, 7th, and etc.
Austin is a tough little town. I once drove through there and the sheriff stopped me and asked if I was carrying a gun. When I told him no, he gave me one.

Quick stroll up around 4th/Winkler, nothing. Over and up 7th, one BSW was up sticking her head out a 2nd story window at 7th/Oak trying to draw attention to herself. Looked plump, wasn't sure of the building either. On to Preston/Ormsby, nada.
I wouldn't compare the small town and the city. Many of the streetwalkers can and do move from street to street. LE does their patrols and knows that they are there and moves in periodically to keep the numbers down. In a small town the dynamics change a whole lot. Austin has under 5000 citizens and while I'm sure some local people are influenced to remain quiet, this kind of exposure will certainly force them into action. Local police can be pressured by County Police and the State Police. I wouldn't venture up there on a bet right now----but caution, to me, is of utmost importance.
My suggestion is that explicit directions and instructions are best left back channeled.

I agree. It just makes it safer for everyone. I understand the point of view that they already know but there is a difference in them knowing and us publicly rubbing their nose in it until they are forced to take action. I think most of us here have seen the crackdowns on the AMPs and all of the "safe" clubs here in town. I not so sure we don't bring about some of this. Just my humble opinion.

Well cruised last night and not a whole lot to choose from seen blond with big tits on 26th st. she is allmost out every time. Then seen and old favorite over on 25th but she disappeared by the time I circled back. So headed over to Ormsby and even worse over there seen 2 and I wouldnt do them if they paid me. My first outing wasn't productive. This town has a lot of LE and not much action from this cruise. I'm thinking I might take that advice about early morning cruising which I never would have thought of. I don't know the streets that well and nearly turned into some one ways. LOL

Well decided to go out and see how lucky I could get on 7/7/07 and hit the jackpot. Seen 2 WSW on 26th they just sit there on there ass so I guess calling them " streetwalkers" could be a stretch. As soon as they were in the car it turned from them doing stuff to them hooking me up with someone else .. and I of course stupidly gave them each $20 to hook me up with someone else, and $20 to some random girl they practically forced into the car, who didn't even want to do anything. After all this they wanted me to give them digits. Ugh!
They basically out-smarted me I guess, unfortunatly. One of the girls was pretty chunky, the other one who did most of the talking was pretty average. These girls are certainly a pollutant to the area and I can only hope th real workers will get them out. Watch out is all I can say.
After all this I circled the area with preston/clay for awhile longer and found nothing else.
After that I made my first trip over to the 25th/26th st. area and found nothing. I'm assuming just between main and bank is what people have been talking about but ... even after 9pm there were stil a lot of people out and about and I didn't see anyone that seemed like a worker, other than one girl who just looked like it at 26th/bank who actually had people stopping for her and ended up waving them past. If I'm missing the exact hot spot or time of day, some more specifics would be nice.
For the best luck I would say the 25th / 26th st area is the most consistent,but as allways its hit and miss. If you are new to that area you may try a late cruise midnight - 5:00 am just to spot who is working and who is not. Some of them you see are working just on a low profile and you may not reconize them as working, they are not really flagging down cars. Then come back when your ready and you will know who is working most out between them hours are working if they are walking by there self. There are so many people out on 26th / 25th its hard to tell sometimes unless you know.I have seen those 2 in the Ormsby area you mentioned never stopped for them not my type.

A name goes alot further in a itty bitty place like this than it does in the big city. That being said, I did have a recent dream of checking a place like this out recently and leavin with a smile thanks to their warm hospitality!
What a night seen all kinds of action in the Ormsby area drove thru on the way to work. I just want to say that I just came back from a certain small town talked about and Funtongue is right! Funtongue is the man! There were lots of women all over the place this early evening. Although I am not sure some if any were SW's. I am too new to this hobby to recognize them when I see them. Several looked at me. But didn't make any motions. Course it was only 8 PM. I wonder what it's like after dark. I found the bar Funtongue mentioned but didn't drive very far down that St. Its near a apartment complex.
