DNut is correct that, especially in the dark, some of these streets may offer more excitement than you would like... However, I prefer mongering in the daylight, and have felt relatively secure on the marked streets. Vine street (the major red line going South to North near the center, is not labeled on the image) especially is heavily traveled, and while funky, not seriously dangers in my opinion. McMicken is less well traveled, but richer in SWs.

STAY AWAY FROM HAMILTON!!! Let me repeat, STAY AWAY FROM HAMILTON!!! The area is undergoing frequent, split stings. They target the girls in the morning, the guys at night. The crackhead sheriff has stated that he would not tolerate this going on in his backyard! Well, Mr. Holier-than-Thou, if one of YOUR guys was caught in one of those stings, you would probably let them off with a slap on the wrist! Just another example of a prohibition gone bad. If Governor Tax...ooops Taft, would simply do away with the criminal stigma attached to prostitution, there would be a lot of money to be made. Well, that's my two cents. Stay safe, check your six, and stay out of Hamilton.
1) Hamilton Stings and 2) OTR street cameras?
The Cincinnati TV showed faces of arrested SWs and Johns from the Hamilton stings. The word on this board is to never negotiate through the car window. If the apparent SW won't get in, they are probably LE. Anyone know different from this? We need to know.
Also, Cincinnati TV has been full of reports of surveillance cameras placed in certain neighborhoods, one I specifically heard was OTR. Anyone have info on this? We would particularly like to know the location of the cameras, obviously. I would think street people would know.
Let us know what YOU have learned! Anyone know what the cameras look like? How to recognize them? I would be willing to take and post pictures of them if I knew where they were.

Just a quick question, "How Often, have you ever heard of any Police officier in any of this Tri State area, ever being caught in a Sting over SW's." They always made certain that they warn there Police brotha's that a sting is going on, and to stay out of a certain area for "X" amount of time. If they get caught even after a warning, it will be covered up, and placed in file #13.
If you heard of Cameras in OTR, THEN , the Police have put some folks in direct trouble with the people in the area. If the camera is just someones video camera, just shooting the area, they had better "NOT" get caught. It is CooL if you are filming a crime situation, as it happens, but to film to give to the Police, and still live there in that area, is asking for big trouble.

Let us say the POLICE are after SW with Cameras, then why is that MORE IMPORTANT, THAN ALL THE SHOOTING. tHE CAMERAS ARE NEEDED NOT TO CATCH SEX ACTS, but TO CATCH "MURDERS". This is a good IDEA, of how the City and County Government, are so screwed up, and seem to value catching SEX Acts, and NOT Violent Murdering, Uncaring, Thugass, PUNK's, who will shoot a gun in a crowd of children, old people, and just plain innocent folks. Look at the lady who was killed just by sitting in the park with her kids.
I happen to see the MAP, and it has some good info if you follow the red line, but it missed a lot of good to excellent spots, that you have to be a regular to know. Also, there is a "TURF WAR" going on, that is why you heard about the Mass ShooTings over by Green St, and over on Linn St. The two areas are frauding, and regardless of what the NEWS says, or the Police, the Gangs are Hot and at Work. As soon as they start to see money in SW, they will start working the girls, so the independent girls will be moved out, the quality may go up, as will the Price, but the service willbecome very routine. The lone SW will have to start working farther out or move to slower areas, or work out of their homes. Crackhoes will be controlled over the use of drugs.
I THINK I WILL GIVE LESS DIRECTION AS TO WHERE TO FIND SW's, AND MORE INFO ON AVOIDANCE, and the REAL SITUATION IN OTR and WE. There are SW's to be found, but I have long learned that if one needs to read this board to find SW's in their own area, they are already in terrible, and should NOT be in this game without an escort, to literally guide them. So if you know an SW's you have learned to trust somewhat, pay her an additional 20, to show you the town and the area. Have them show you the out of the way places, and how to approach SW's and to spot girls who really are in the busy but are telling you "NO!"

My review is that she is highly capable, but with a flakey attituce towards appointments, and may be perfunctory in her side. Her breasts are something to behold (and hold). Not TOO big, butr JUUUUST right. I think she may have resented the 0.36 bbbj she gave, imagining that she was meant for bigger $ things. I am nervous about how up front she is in her PR.

One of the principles of surfing the streets is you risk the bad with the good. Several suggestions to minimize the downers (learned from mistakes I have made...)
1) Be willing to drive away if your first impression of her through the window is not good. Tell her you thought she was someone else.
2) After you get a feel of bare breasts to be sure she isn't LE, get a crystal clear understanding of exactly what for exactly how much (plus tip if satisfied). Extensive bargaining is another reason to turn her out.
3) Go to YOUR location if there is any doubt. HER location may include a male friend of hers ripping you off. If she refuses, it is another reason to turn her out.
4) Never give up the $ before you are finished. You can pay half up front, but never the whole amount. If she refuses, then thanks but no thanks. Once she has your money, it is problematic to turn her out.
5) The use of drugs is also a problem, but try to read what it might be. Crack leaves them still cogent and able to reason, not totally out of it in my experience. Heroin (dog food) on the other hand may not. Heroin addiction can drive them to serious antisocial activity. Crack (in my experience) creates a dependancy, but not the kind of withdrawal that becomes an emergency for them. If they seem really drugged up, another reason to turn them out.
Finally, try to get to know those SWs who ARE dependable. They can, and often are willing to guide you about dangerous or drugged out SWs.

I do not know the full story yet about Cat (Cathy Thomas). Remember? I provided her digits to many forum contributers, and repeatedly said that she has been very trustworthy, dependable and skilled, if mature for some tastes. (Five foot 6, evenly proportioned, about 40, long rich reddish brown hair, marijuana leaf tatooed on her L sholuder, nice smile...)
Well... Without giving the full details, she disappeared this past Thursday afternoon with $140. No longer answers her digits, and has not returned messages. So... unless she has been picked up by LE (not impossible), or seriously way-laid by some gangstas, it seems that my most dependable SW has shown a streak of theivery.
I know, I know... do not give them an opportunity they may not be able to pass up. But the take home lesson is, even with an SW you have seen for TEN+ times, you cannot know what they will do if the temptation is too great.
I am saddened, because I thought we were on a very friendly relationship. Still naive after all these years. If any of you sees her (she IS a regular on the streets of OTR), ask her what happened to the $140... And do NOT front her any $!

Cincinnati about to get pricey
Well, I do not post to the forums very often unless I have hit a gold nugget or have some info to pass on, or just certain feelings about the hobby I wish to vent. The third reason is why this post is being made. I was on Councilman David Pepper's mayoral website, [url]http://www.davidpepper.com[/url] and happened to click on his so-called "Pepper Plan" for revitalizing the city. One of the things that he wishes to target is street-level prostitution. Now I ask the following questions:
1. Is targeting street prostitution really going to solve Cincinnati's crime problem?
2. Will the price of hobbying go up due to the street walkers being taken off the streets?
3. What is the future of the hobby in the 'Natti?
My answers:
1. Definitely not. Street prostitution is, in my humble opinion, a victimless crime. Now, there are those such as the CCV and it's hypocritical leader that would tell you that it is, but in reality, it is not. The real crime lies in the drug dealing that goes on, and this is what a lot of the girls get hooked on, and is the reason a majority of them turn to hooking. If the police would work hard to solve the drug problem, the prostitution problem would in all likelyhood solve itself.
2. Yes, the price of hobbying will go up. Why? Two reasons. One, if Councilman-cum-Mayor Pepper has his way, I would be willing to wager that legislation would be enacted similar to what is already on the books in Detroit. For those uneducated, cars would be impounded, and it would cost an arm and a leg to get them back. Two, if there were no street walkers, then hobbyists would be forced to turn to high-priced escort services that could possibly be rip-offs. A further cost to escorts is the chance of getting caught by a wife or GF, and having to pay for a lawyer when the divorce happens.
3. The future of hobbying in the Natti is about to change, for the worse. That is all I have to say about that.
Guys, I am not trying to cast a wet blanket over our hobbying, but am merely looking to the future, and attempting to help you educate yourselves as to what is coming. If any of you would like, please give me your thoughts on the questions I have raised.
