My thoughts are exactly in line with everyone who contributed. I was leaning more toward NO, stay away, too risky.

So I happen to get in contact with this girl through SA. We exchanged few texts and she forwarded me her pic. A big part of the problem is that some guys seem to be paying these amounts. In chatting with a few girls, some dudes are giving them exactly what they want.
