I've searched many times when I have the usernames exactly right and still won't find the profile. I’ve even used the wildcard character (“*”) and still can’t locate the profile.

First time posting here and kinda new to the scene. Been trying to read through the threads and use the advice that's been given (thanks all!) but I've not been having any luck.
