I think I would have said "servers are in the Caymans" or in "Switzerland" or somewhere else very hard to access, even if they are actually in Canada. Just one more layer of protection so that anyone should they ever want to pursue a sweeping bust, can't prepare warrants in Canada via multi-jurisdictional task forces.
Maybe its just paranoia, but one more layer of protection is better than no layer of protection, especially if it is cheap and easy, like free of charge by simply not being 100% truthful.
Of course, it just occurs to me that perhaps you are doing this already by saying the servers are in Canada when they are really in Bolivia, LOL.

Good lord people. Stop thinking that TV and movies is how police operate. Crackdowns on prostitution only come from public pressure or political gain.
