I'm not terribly picky but they need to at least appear clean and not a total mess. I was already not comfortable as I go into a house that wasn't hers with dudes staring me down. I've not sent a pic yet and have been turned down twice. In retrospect, a good decision for one of them, though it definitely didn't feel like it at the time.
