I couldn't agree more! Leave us and the working girls alone. I'm sure we can all agree that they provide a nesessary service. Life, job ect. Can be very stressful. Let the girls take care of us so we can continue to take care business at work. And if your job is anything like mine, you give of yourself all day long, its nice to let someone take care of you for a change.

DETROIT (WXYZ). At least three men armed with guns stormed the Tycoons Gentlemen's Club on Eight Mile near Groesbeck Thursday night, terrorizing customers and staff.
Police tell Action News the men didn't get away with much, only stealing cash from the front door bouncer.
According to a dancer who works at the club, who didn't want her name used, there were three to five guys. She told Action News the situation unfolded quickly. With the guys bursting in with guns and telling everyone to hit the floor. A Tycoon's customer says he was with his nephew inside when it happened.
"They said get down (expletive) and we got down. I just kept telling myself I didn't want to die," Salam Joka said.
Investigators believe the group may include up to five men in their 20s. And that they may be responsible for a string of bar and strip club robberies that have gone down in the past few weeks across Detroit.
No one was seriously hurt in Thursday's incident.

Pontiac— Two men charged in the June 17 fatal shooting of a West Bloomfield Township man outside a Southfield motel were both found guilty by separate juries today.
Kevin Huffman. 28, and James Randle. 35, both of Detroit, were found guilty by separate juries in the first-degree murder of Venkata Cattamanchi. 35, slain outside the Ez-Ee Rest Motel on Telegraph Road where he had gone with a prostitute he met on the Internet.
Court testimony revealed how Cattamanchi had arranged a meeting with Jessica Ermatinger. 23, of Canton through an online ad but instead she and the two men decided to rob him at the motel where they were supposed to go for sex. Cattamanchi was shot twice when he attempted to flee the two men, investigators said.
Ermatinger and the getaway driver, Lynn Coggins, of Oak Park, had earlier pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in Cattamanchi's death.

The SP and the driver helped set up the robbery in the 1st place but I guess their testimony was needed to get the shooters. Too bad they'll be parole eligible in 20 years.

as channel 7 would say, only time will tell and it should be interesting. just hope they don't jack up prices to pay for lawyers.

DETROIT (WXYZ). Geoffrey Fieger is always making headlines. This time he's suggesting Detroit should be like Amsterdam. Where cannabis can be bought in coffee shops and prostitution is legal.
He says Detroit should become a hip, young and exciting city.
The famed attorney, and potential mayoral candidate in Detroit, says this is what could work for the struggling city.
Fieger says traditional ideas like tax breaks for corporations just aren't working to bring people into Detroit.
He says his vision is simple. A clean and safe city, with good parks, mixed in with some adult entertainment.
Fieger says he's stil considering a run for Mayor. He says he'll do it if Mayor Dave Bing decides not to run.
He says the incumbent gets a real leg-up in the race.

A former dancer at the Penthouse Club on 8 Mile Road in Detroit is suing her former employer.
Erica Tucker claims her supervisors wanted her to act more like a prostitute than a stripper. And when she refused to sell her body, she alleges that they fired her.
Now Tucker wants them to pay, in court. She's filed a wrongful termination lawsuit. As you'd imagine, the club has a very different version of events. FOX 2's Simon Shaykhet talked to both sides.
I highly doubt any club will would try and force any dancer to do anything she does not want to. The club says she was fired for other reasons. Probably not paying her fees to the club.
