Has anyone considered trying to organize the Industry in Jacksonville, keep an eye on when the City Council is going to go against the clubs, and have the clubs tell the patrons, ask for support, a showing at city council, sign petitions and fight these creeps? Don't hide from reality, stand up be be men. Tell your family that this is a normal part of being a human being and that you won't be criminalized for being a man. Using arguments of seperation of church and state, the incidents of drunk driving caused by having to go to bars to try to get laid, which seldom happens for me, but defiantley makes me into a drunk driver where I didn't even used to drink. The need financially to the Community for the revenue and the tourism that could be generated, or just don't be men, let the gay preachers molest your children and attack men that aren't cowards hiding reality from there familys.

I usually dont chime in on potential flame wars but.....dude...you must be single... "tell you family that this a normal part of being human being and you wont be criminalized because your a man.." Might as well bend over after that cause you might be facing SOOOO much fun. One of the many appeals to this hobby is the clandestine nature of it, the thrill of the hunt and the fact you dont have to deal with the moody emotional crap many of us have at the homestead. Kinda like having you cake and eating it too..... Also, this aint Europe where the sexual attitudes arent as Puritanical as it is here ... DOnt get me wrong, I too wish the powers that be focus on more important issues like drugs and murders and wish they would leave well enough alone. But I for one am not coming out of the monger closet .......unless there is a 25 yo hot blonde waiting to take me to the Carribean.. But that would be a report in the General Reports section.... :)

I usually order a club soda with a lime . It looks like a gin & tonic , it's cheaper , and you won't

Ya, sorry, that was an old report, I tried doing a search on what other people posted this week about city council, and I guess the fact that it said Tues when the other posters said Tues, I just assumed it was recent.

No, I am not single, married for 10 years, but honest about attending stripclubs to my wife. We had a big argument over it but in the end, she knows what she is dealing with and it is easier to get forgiven through some honesty in a relationship for me than trying to go behind her back. I don't know of any girls offereing extras, but I only play with higher class girls, and for me it's the GFE personally, although I used to get a girl to speak to me in French and one in Brail last year, but they moved on. The sneeking around isn't a "thrill" to me, but I have made some good friends at the Doll House and Gold Club over the past year. My understanding is that alcohol has been illegal in nude bars in Jax for quite some time. Which again leads me back to drinking at other bars and driving to the nude clubs.

I am just saying that as tax payers we have a voice, just like everyother Civil Rights group that has fought oppression in this country, we can organize and press for equal rights. You guys surely get as desperate as any other man for physical and emotional needs, but accept being criminaliezed for it. It is only because you do not show up and lobby for equal rights that one it is illegal, two it is extremely overpriced, three it is extremly dangerous looking for extras, and for goodness sakes, if all we are talking about is the stripclubs, how is that something to be chastised about? !

How do you keep the smell of a dancer off of you or explain that to your wives if you are playing with dancers? If a man could go to a woman immdeiately and economically when the need arises it would surely put an end to many rapes, child molestations, substance abuses (how many people end up with substance abuse problems when ultimately looking for just friends to hang out with that they can't have, I know I do)it is legal in NV, it can be legal anywhere if you'd stop attacking people who are on your side, organize and leave a better life behind for future generations.

J'ville has had that law for quite awhile. There are several all-nude places in town and none can serve booze. But I've heard it said by a reliable source that VIP rooms in SOME strip clubs MAY be exempt from the law. But then I probably just dreamed that ...

I agree with Just Cruzin, go ahead and form up a committee and fight for our rights since your wife is cool with it and knows what she's dealing with. I warn you though you will be met by a large group of members from First Baptist who run this town. I do agree with some of what you said because I have traveled to different states and countries and yes those places have lower rapes, etc... But it's not just because Prostitution is legal its how those places think and deal with ALL their laws. Again this board is about passing INFO on where to find action, report good and bad providers. In your nine post you give NOT one bit of INFO, NONE. You mention clubs and how you only deal with High Class Escorts but no names, INFO, etc...

This city shoots itself in the foot trying to close and or limit the Adult establishments in this town. I was reading the the Times Union today how they were trying to attract more Convention business to Jacksonville..... Well, taking away many of the things people like to do in a Convention city won't help. If I was on a Convention Committee, and was looking for a place for my organization to meet (and have fun), I would be thinking "Vegas", or "Orlando" or "Atlantic City" or "Miami". About the only convention business Jacksonville can depend on is the Baptist Convention.

This town loses a lot of money because of the way it deals with it's "entertainment" centers. The Las Vegas Tourism Board has a motto (What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas), Jacksonville's motto should be (What happens in Jacksonville, ain't going to happen so forget about it).

The good thing I heard is that the nightlife, beaches are good. Is it worth me visiting Jacksonville? I was only there for about 30min at night touring US1 and 95 but didnt go in the downtown area. I saw the downtown/city of Jacksonville but that's it. When I got off of US1 to Main St i think it was, it was dead around 10:30pm on a sat night.

Now, I don't have a freaking clue; most of the escort websites are all the same, with the same reviews which screams LEO to me, and I ain't going to jail to find out, I don't go to the trashier clubs, although I've went in and then walked out, I guess I ain't quite that desperate, and, well quite honestly, yah maybe I know some ladies in town, but since ya'll have been so friendly, no wait, maybe not.
