Try the other side of springfield ave ellis ave, grove st, 19th check them side streets off grove heading towards east orange you can find providers there too.

There's a McDonalds on springfield ave the next street up is ellis ave there's a auto shop on the left and the house after is boarded up the hoes use that spot to change their clothes you can park down the street and do your recon and pick them off from there.
