No Doctor will tell that it cures or prevents Herpes because a.) NOTHING CURES HERPES, and b.) Lysine protects against one of the several dozens of strains of Herpes Virus - and it's got nothing to do with the one that you're actually worried about.

There are *two* strains of herpes in this context: HSV-1 (oral) and HSV-2 (genital). Show me where L-Lysine is only effective on HSV-1 and *not* HSV-2.

There does not need to be visible outbreak for there to be viral release with herpes, which happens about once every 30 days with someone infected. Your girlfriend could be (is likely) having monthly outbreaks but of a very subtle nature.

If it *really* were me, I would dump her. I would not knowingly fuck or munch a chick with herpes.

But if I absolutely wanted to, I would follow the protocol I suggested. Yet taking medical advice from an anonymous internet poster is never a good idea and I don't want to imply otherwise.
