Mikos has been described as a 'hit and miss' kind of place. Sometimes it's really good, and other times, not-so-hot. With the rather mediocre reports of late, it seems to be more of a 'miss' right now. Hopefully, it won't deteriorate to the level of that other Springfield landmark, Tokyo (that has had just the one, same, bitchy, old hag for over the last five years) and things will improve when Mikos eventually has some turnover in personnel.
I met Mickie also. Definately late 30's, but not too bad. Nice naturals and I think she can get in to it if you work it, but the worst massage ever!
She also gave me a cold or some shit. Not worth a repeat trip.

Columbus officials aim to crack down on prostitution by taking on massage parlors.
The City Council will soon debate legislation that would make it easier for police to shut down parlors where massages are a prelude to sex, said Councilman Michael C. Mentel, the measure’s sponsor.
"This legislation will help protect legitimate massage therapy businesses while giving officers a tool to go after the bad actors," he said.
Mentel’s proposal would:
• Require those giving massages to remain clothed.
• Allow only massage therapists licensed by the Ohio Medical Board to advertise that they are licensed. The rule would end a confusing practice in which untrained masseurs and masseuses obtain a city permit, which the city calls a license, and then advertise that they are licensed.
• Remove a little-used clause in the city code that makes it illegal for someone to give a massage to someone of the opposite sex. City attorneys fear it could be challenged.
• Give police the power to enter massage parlors to verify the new licensing requirements.
The changes in the city code also would make it easier for the city to shut down businesses that don’t meet the requirements.
"It’s not geared toward places that are already licensed by the state," Assistant City Attorney Bridget Carty said. "It’s geared toward those who all of a sudden decide they want to be in the massage business."
Legitimate therapists are among those who asked for the restrictions.
The way Columbus currently licenses those who give massages is confusing, said Rick Greely, a state-licensed massage therapist who lobbied for the changes.
"We hear all the time people thought they were going in for a massage and get offered more. And then there are those who go into a legitimate massage parlor thinking they’ll get something else," Greely said.
Greely and other members of the Ohio chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association wanted Columbus to stop classifying city permits for any type of massage business as "licenses."
The city code doesn’t require any level of training to obtain a license as a "massage technician" and then advertise as an "LMT."
A state-licensed massage therapist must complete nine months of classes and 750 hours of training, and pass a test issued by the State Medical Board to earn credentials as an LMT, a licensed massage therapist.
"The public probably in most cases doesn’t know the difference," Greely said.
Carty said she knows of only one time authorities used the code prohibiting massages to customers of the opposite sex. The charge was challenged in court but upheld.
"But we had concerns with it, so we’re taking it off the books," she said.
Franklin County has 887 state-licensed massage therapists, said Joan Wehrle, spokeswoman for the State Medical Board. City-issued permits are held by 36 people in Columbus.

Made a return visit there after about a 2 month break, and I'd say this one put the nail in the coffin. When I got there Nikki (or Mikki, or whatever the f*ck her name is) came in. At this point I wasn't sure if she was the same one I saw before, but before the shower, massage or anything else, she is already pushing towards business. It caught me off guard, but seeing as how I did lay out $60 for an hour, I wasn't going to be rushed. So after a so-so table shower we come back to the room, and bam, she's back to rushing me towards business. After haggling with her over the high priced fees she wanted to charge, I told her I didn't lay my door fee out for this kind of service and that I was leaving. She started to drop her price, but it was still too much, and by this time I had no interest in anything from her, so I left.
Mikos never had the best looking girls, but you could still get good service there, and overall it was worthwhile. Now it seems like they feel invicible and have become a factory. If you want rushed service, you can spend 1/4th the money on a sw. In any case, unless I hear about some major changes there, I will never go back.
Mikos is just another amp that tries to make a go of it. Pepsi has very good skilles and a good personal relationship if you get to know her. She gives a very good massage and will do everything that she can to make you enjoy your section. Linda does not work there anymore and Sarah has gone back to her home is Wash. Nikki is new and has been there about 3 months I believe. She my have been there before I am not for sure. Mikos is just what you make it. Be friendly and give the people a chance and you will get good service. Just let them know what you want and don't be a dick head about. The girls are people trying to make a living in a ruff business. Be safe and watch you back LE is around everywhere.
Avionics, are you on their payroll now? I think if you go back through my posts, historically I have had a good time at Mikos and have given it good reviews. The fact is, Nikki is a hustler- get you in and out for as much money and as quickly as possible. When you make two visits over a three month period and get the same girl, it is fair to say Mikos has gone downhill. For anyone else that ventures out there, if you get someone other than Nikki, it may be alright, but I haven't seen a good, young, provider there for at least 3 years. I didn't see anything in your post that would indicate otherwise.
Yes Mikos has not been good for 4 years or so. Back then a good young provider would hook you up for 60 door and 80-120 tip for extras. It was a slam dunk good time every time I went there. Then it changed into what it is today A no service hassle job with middle ages hags. To bad cause services like what they used to have are much needed in this area. RIP MIKOS the memories will always be there
I haven't been to Miko's in awhile so I thought I would go for a visit. I was surprised to see new women there. The one that met me at the door was called pepsi-lee this is not the same pepsi that was there the last time I visited. She gave a great shower, liked to play and actually gave a pretty discent massage. As I left, she introduced me to another woman who was diffently in her 20's. She was pretty cute about an 8 out of 10. The woman I had was a 6 out of 10 but she gave great, friendly service.
Was extras to be had? FS with a 20 something right now would hit the spot I might have to go back in there next week.

I have lurked in thes forums for a long time. I see all of the 1 post persons asking for specifics. As I see many seniors members say read the forums and figure it out. Then go out and come back and post some experiences.
Like socks I haven't been to Miko's in a while, but figured why not since people are posting about it again. So recently I went and enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing shower/massage from Pepsi. Left very refreshed and ready to face the world. She was quite playful, and her service was outstanding and very friendly. I didn't have the chance to meet any of her coworkers, but I had have to say that she is a 7.5-8 out of 10
I wanted to be sure about this post so I called Miko's. This is the same Pepsi as before according to the gal who answered, but there is a new girl. Since I have had very mixed experiences with Pepsi I would really like to get some news on the new gal with the high numbers from a senior member.

Found myself up in Springfield this weekend with a couple hours to kill and decided to take another run at Miko's. Haven't been there for about 6 months but it doesn't seem like things have changed much. Pepsi (the long time, been there forever Pepsi) is still there and she was doing double duty Saturday as mamasan and provider. I was hoping for a different experience but there was only one other girl there and she looked pretty uninspiring and bored (almost like she saw 'luded out).
Decided "WTF, I'm here" so I went for it with Pepsi. $. 3 FS. Passable but just and it's the last time I'll see the inside of Miko's. Just not worth it, even when the alternative is sitting in a Wal-Mart parking lot watching the world go by for a couple hours. It's cheaper and in some respects, more relaxing.
Said it before and I'll say again (this time loud enough so I hear it myself). Save your AMP bucks for L'burg/Aurora places. Better mileage and better attitudes.
