Operators Of Alleged Yorba Linda Brothel Arrested

(CBS) YORBA LINDA, Calif. Two women were arrested for allegedly running a brothel out of a condo in quiet Yorba Linda, police said.

Sunny xxxx, 56, of Garden Grove, and Soon xxx, 53, of Los Angeles were taken into custody Jan. 11 in a condominium complex in the 5900 block of Portsmouth Road in Yorba Linda, Brea police Sgt. Darrin Devereux. The Brea Police department polices the neighboring Orange County city.

Devereux said the investigation began when Brea police detectives discovered an Internet message offering “hot Asian girls.”
Undercover officers called the number, got an address and went to the location, where they negotiated sex with two women for $200 [i hope thats a quote for 2 girls @ the price of 200 all inclusive, not seperate invoices!], Devereux said.

The prostitution arrests are believed to be a first for Yorba Linda, he said.

"We had prior history in massage parlors, but this is the first in a condominium or a home," Devereux said.

The women who worked in the condominium handled about 10 male clients a day.

Residents said they had no idea that a prostitution business was being operated in the condominium complex.

I was hoping to see some photos of the women that worked at this "brothel". Did they bust the providers or just the two older ladies (mamasans)? Or WERE the two older ladies the providers?

Yep, the two ladies in the photo's posted look like the mms and her friend. This must be a bust done in record time. I'd guess it was simply the CL ads and probably a zero tolerance policy by Yorba Linda.

The news video said that there is a OC Sheriff team that spends all of their time viewing the Internet and following up. Interesting that there are so many other well known locations, but they seem to operate without trouble.

Yes,for those of you who weren't sure,it was the the place that used to be Larson that was busted.The 2 women shown were the mamasans,Sunny and her sister,whom I knew as Helen.Now for the venting.

These people have moved around quite a bit,and never had a problem.Then they move to Yorba Linda,and in a little over a month-BAM! No need to wonder why.Just look at the area.YL is patrolled by the Brea PD.Both cities have relatively little crime,therefore our little piggy friends in blue,having nothing better to do than sit around munching donuts,got bored and probably decided sitting around munching donuts AND surfing sex ads on the net would be infinitely more fun.Hell,might even get laid while trying to make a bust.

Usually the cops have some kind of excuse like the neighbors complained,or condoms were lying around,which in some cases may have some validity.In this case however,the story on CH#2 interviewed the neighbors,and none of them had any idea what was going on,much less complained.

I have tried looking at past posts on Irvine, but all I come up with is mp stuff. As much as I love thai ladies...I prefer to get them when I am in thailand. I understand everyone's frustration about this, it ticks me off too... Just remember, the cops are doing what they are ordered to do by the city.

If you talk to many cops off the record you would find they would rather not have to deal with this stuff.

Anyone who is arrested, mongers or providers, should start challenging the laws, not the charges!

At the very least, it will start to COST the governments money to go to court, especially if you win. At best, maybe we can get these puritanical, outdated laws overturned!
