I went to see cece at 830 pm ish today. Communication was good for the biggest part. She was really nice over the phone. I got to the place she told me to go to. I told her I was there and she said come up. As soon as I got out of my car and started walking to the stairs a man came running out of nowhere. I heard him coming so I ran back to my car and he ran up the steps and immediatly open the door. Nothing happened to me and idk if he was coming to rob me, act like a boyfriend or if he's was innocent but I texted her that I was sorry but I had to leave.
