What is the Hill like early sat am. Like around 8:30 or 9. Pegasus or Phoenix for that matter as well. Looking to head there this am, but not sure what the scene is like. Any input is appreciated.

Hi guys.
Not a newbie to the site but I figured I'd start fresh due to forgetting my login info. But anyway, I often see post about the Hill where other members dream about these wild group sessions or public displays.
