In your first link I went to the shop to the right of Seattle Body Massage. It doesn't have a name on the door or banner so I never know what to call it. She said 260 for "everything" but then specified it would be more in person and upon pushing she said $360 FS not GFE. I saw CarmenNicks instead and had an awesome time for 380.
