Scope out anyone she may have come with or if anyone seems to be watching her, most likely not LE but could a set up of a different kind.
Literally! Why are so many providers now based in Petersburg mainly and some in Colonial Heights?? I don't want to drive all that way only to get a no show by her. I'm sure rent is cheaper, but its a big exodus. Midlo Turnpike and JD are awful places to hobby in. The industry is moving out of Richmond for sure. Any ideas why?

Henrico has hotel employees working for them reporting traffic.

And as former military I can say for certain if it's closer to base it makes it a lot easier to get, and that works both ways if the girls are closer to base they get more business. If only Uncle Sam had it's own brothel Stateside like they house in other parts of the world.
