To your point, there is a fine line between complaining and reporting. All I wanted to know is whether she was double booked on that day, I got my information and I kept my mouth shut.

Not every provider has demons, double books, collects deposits, robs people or doesn't care about their business. I know a lot of providers do have issues but we should not lump them all together. I was not asking you to get sick but to respect that Eli did not want you to get sick or have a bad experience. Eli did try and re schedule but you declined.
