I knew something was wrong when someone said she just left without saying goodbye. That is not the Silk I know. I just heard the news about 11 this morning. I am so heart broken. I have known her since 2011 and I just wish it did not end this way. We finally started talking again at Thanksgiving time and she gave me hell during football season. We laughed and we cried and we fought and we made up. Silk I will miss you. R. I. P beautiful you will be greatly missed.
I have a hole in my heart today. We lost a very special woman. Please someone call me please.

She was so "real" and down to earth and I was impressed that she was still going to school and working toward a 4-year degree. I assume that was the truth because she didn't seem like the type of person to make up a story like that. What a shame--so young and so sweet.
I was sorry to hear that Silk was planning to move. I had not seen her for a while, but I enjoyed our dates very much and was planning to try again. In fact, I called her once not long ago, we couldn't work out arrangements, so we agreed "some other time". I am really shocked and saddened to hear that she is no longer among us.

My heart is so heavy I didn't sleep being new to the community Silk always had a help hand and a kind word for me. Silk you will be truly missed and I am grateful that I was able to know you and may you have eternal peace that was promised.
