So yesterday I woke up late (about 2pm) and took a drive out to the East side (50 / Dean) , but it was dead.

From there, I made my way out to Sanford to checkout the neighborhood before the rioting starts next week and spotted a couple of WSW's, but they looked a bit too rough for my liking.

Then I hit up the Lee / Edgewood area to see what was new, but found nothing.

Headed down the trail and spotted a few familiar faces, but didn't want to pick up during the day, so I took a break and came back out after dark.

Everyone please use care. LE can "charge" you with anything! But what a lawyer can do depends on how you cover your own ass. Many have said what you should never say and I agree with those. Never display $ or raincoats and never ever display drugs of any kind.

Can I offer you a ride or you look familiar are usually safe questions. If the lady does not do a le-ck in a couple minutes then maybe its time to let her out.

Just wanted to add to discussion. Yesterday I was driving around our favorite street checking out the scenery. As I turn, LE. Is there and I follow all rules. I get pulled over anyway "rolling stop", now I did not do that considering I knew he was behind me. Long story short it was just a Q & A session as to what I was doing in the neighborhood. Luckily, I rehab houses and always have local houses on my IPad with pic and BS notes just I case. This time, it came in handy and I was let go with a warning. Not sure what would have happened if I had a guest in the car.

I remember people of this forum arguing with me before about what you have just seen in this post. You are innocent until proven guilty and you do not need to say anything to the police until they have papers saying they have the write to ask you these questions. They can detain you if they so wish but they do it at the risk of a lawsuit and this is a point check that as he has pointed out is a violation of your rights as an american. I could get more into it that this person is most likely of Euro decent and is in need of a green card to be in the united states but that is stretching the written law (yes even tho your born in the us you are not of native decent in this country unless you are native american). I won't say anymore because last time many people who claim to be lawyers on here told me I was wrong LOL. Amazing how every monger is a lawyer isn't it.
