Made the trip last Wednesday to JHH. Outstanding service, I was the first client of the day. Saw Linda, mid to late 30's, very nice to look at, even nicer personality. Very accommodating, almost to the point of GFE.
Typical damages. PM for details.
Damn sure wish this place was not almost 3 hours away! Or, maybe not.
Like some around here I have been enjoying the AMP scene for quite a while. I was fortunate enough to be there for the hey-day of the DC scene and I also suffered through the dark days when DC AMPs got shut down. The last one I knew of (Paula's Place) was shut down earlier this year. I don't think information shared on this board was the reason those places were closed. I think the politicians made a decision to "clean" house and did so using police, ICE and commercial licensing statutes.
Having said that I think we probably went overboard during those prime years in DC with posting juicy details. I know I got in trouble with one of my ATF's when she discovered this site and she read my posts. Ouch!
My suggstion is to post on your experiences and leave the details for PMs. Names of who to see and where are fine with a generic thumbs up or down type recommendation should suffice.
Just my $.02.

Lax
I was there with you in DC back in the day. Knew Paula on 9th Street, too. There were any number of sweeps during those years. Gentrification in shady neighborhoods led to some closings. But when some places got too popular on the boards, when there were constant posts and the traffic at those places went up, there were problems.
We have to realize for every guy posting, in good faith, there are dozens upon dozens who just read and react. Many of these guys are assholes, drunks, frat boys and other fools who flock to the popular places and act like idiots. We do the research, we act cool at the spots, but others don't. Someone broke a bottle on the door and apparently puked on the sidewalk of my new favorite place in Columbia. Guys urinate in stairwells, abuse providers, and stiff on paying them. These are not senior members doing this, they are guys who steal info from the board and are parasites. These are also the guys who irritate neighbors and ultimately bring legal scrutiny to the places we love. I have seen it happen many times in twenty-five years of hobbying.
That is why we should PM details. A recent post of mine got many, many PMs from guys with zero posts. I won't reply to those, and I don't think anyone here should reply to those.
Let's keep the good information to ourselves and others like us who know how to act and who contribute. I will PM details to any good senior member, and have never had a problem with a senior member reciprocating.
I personally know many BCPD folks. They know whats going on, and where, when it comes to MP's in general. I know for a fact that they frequent them, as do BCFD, as well as us. They don't need this, or any other, board to I'd a place doing things not quite legal. Thye bust places that get complaints and / or that they suspect of trafficing or giving the appearance of trafficing in humans or if they suspect drugs are involved. TBC was paying off the vice cops as long as they could then the dispathcers starting getting calls about the place. I know this for a fact because, as reported before by me here, I was there when street cops were banging on the door. I called a good friend of mine who is high up with BCPD and he told me the place was "Hot" and they were going to shut it down. They ran them out of business.
That said, details on this board should be carefully considered before being posted. Be safe.
I went by the hospital today on the way home and the sign is gone. At least the sign itself has been removed, but the stand is till there. Any concerns? Has KaminentzCare caused another health care provider to close?
Anyone else think posting the name of who we see is one of the most dangerous things we can post? It is not much. But it is one of the things the ladies use to try to screen out those who don't belong. Of course. It is also one of the most useful bits of info we can pass on as well.
In case you weren't aware their names are not real. Do you think the man is going to bust down the AMP door and start yelling "Okay where is Lucy? Paulson wrote some pretty lurid details about you and we need to bring you down to the station for some questioning." However, if I know the line-up, I may or may not be motivated enough to go and spend my hard earned $$$ for possibly a bad time. One can always call or text the establishment and ask for the line-up as well. Long story made short is that it does LE absolutely no good to know of the AMP workers fictitous name. For that matter they might as well go there and ask for Zappa. What this forum does provide knowledge of is which places get the most business. Would that provide impetus for putting a target on the business? You tell me. For now, discretion works for my favorite place.
I agree with the others that the biggest factor in getting these places shut down is neighborhood complaints. Having several police visits with lights flashing patrol cars probably do not endear the neighborhood towards your business. That said, we still do not the real reason for the visit from LE.

In most cases they are just doing their job and I'm sure their primary job is not running around trying to shut down MP's. Let's not forget though that there are other groups and individuals that can just as easlily be reading here that have nothing better to do than try to rid the world of these evil establishments and rescue the poor helpless victims of human trafficking.
Now, I'm not against the cause of stopping trafficking but the problem is so severely over hyped that it is assumed by the general public that every girl involved is a victim which we know not to be true at all. More so than any at the latest subject AMP.
So, let's also keep that in mind while as Rockman said " details on this board should be carefully considered before being posted. Be safe."

Use your own name when specking of someone giving details, if you have read anything that I have wrote, you know I have spoke againt doing that many times, and caught a S-T load of crap, for writing reviews that requird a little thought. So zappa I get your point and agree, but just don t involve me, or my names unless asking a question, or replying to something I said.
Thanks

I also think it is silly to code place names like "JHH","PT", and "ML". Even code names like "Westside" and "The Hospital" are so simple that anyone can figure them out with a few minutes of reading. Though I admit to having used some of them, I see no point in using such codes.
I'm at a loss to explain the advantage of writing $.6 instead of $160. But that's Jackson's rule and will continue to use his convention.
The Streetwalker section has similar codes like W / W, C / PP, and B / CB. Equally unnecessary abbreviations, though I think those abbreviations are mostly used due to poster lazyness.

Errr, I mean Horsetrader
Look I'm a libertarian I'm right wing only when it comes to the Bill of Rights. The religous right and the psychotic left are both at fault. Did you read that article about the 300k grant the justice dept recently gave Maryland. A couple of years ago some crazy bull dyke went on a crusade against AMP's in DC. Amanda hess I think thats was her name she had a hard on for her cause stopping AMP's. She was obsessed foaming at the mouth even mentioned this site and she looked like rachel maddow probably one of her girlfriends.

And I was not suggesting the LE could use the names to build a case, however, a lot of AMP's use that as a screening device. I know some people have advised others to never admit they have not been to a particular establishment, and always mention so and so as the last person you have seen. It does seem to be of some value. It is also not unheard of for the lady to be suspicious (for whatever reason) and for the customer to get no extra service as a result. If LE gets no service. They got no case (except on licensing issues).
Just my thought on the matter. (more experienced posters seem to disagree with me.)

Errr, I mean Horsetrader
I definitely agree about the $ coding especially since it is so often done incorrectly. The coding used for the AMPs is indeed easy to figure out but only for those of us who are familiar with the AMPs and where they advertise, that includes Leo. Obviously it's not that easy for others or we wouldn't be constantly barraged with newbies asking about it. I think it's a feeling of fairness that we want to hold back or at least not make it easy for noobs but more importantly the coding at least keeps outside viewers from having it right in their face.
Regarding ApthyCat's post about provider names, I think his point was that an undercover Leo could use that info to gain trust with a provider in order to bust her directly. I'm curious if that could actually be used to shut down the whole business anyway but that might be a valid tactic. Myself I'm not too worried about names, we can't eliminate all discussion here about everything otherwise what's the point of this forum?
Really though I think what has a lot of us nervous about the latest events is just the high number of reports for one place. Perhaps the best discretion would be to simply try to avoid posting repetitive or unnecessary info.
