This happens to me all the time since I only use it incognito. I think the accounts partially use cookies, but no clue. I have to make a new account every time and its really stupid. I know all too well. It has happened to me a few times on LC for putting a comment or true review. But after a few times, I wisened up and keep a low profile there.
What you're going to need to do is completely erase your search history, get a new email address, and sign up for the review site with the new addy.
