While on the topic, can somebody explain OWL? I've seen that pop up from time to time but have never found the corresponding acronym.

EDIT: I just figured out "why'yall". It's some coding error. It happened to me. When you type in a "y" with an apostrophe and then "all", it changes from "yall" (with apostrophe) to the weirdo why'all. I apologize to aformentioned carpetbaggers. The blame goes to the machines.

It was those two that I asked about that aren't in the glossary. Didn't know what OTC meant. Hadn't seen it before.

Korean shop and their pricing is on the high side and service is hit or miss. Alot of turnover so you never know what you will get.
