Crazy to hear complaints from dancers lol, that still a crazy good hourly rate compared to going to school and getting a good career
Check out this tidbit: "Hi there! I'm the one who started the most recent lawsuit against the Rhino nearly 3 years ago. It was started because a GM that was there was exploiting us for tips and I found through our new contracts it was illegal for management to take tip from us. This lawsuit is going to be mediated in October after years of back ans fourth ".
She has a point, now as employees it's no different than a restaurant manager demanding a cut of the waitress' tips.
In any case the great Adam Smith observed that landlords will squeeze tenants with higher and higher rent until they can no longer pay, then back off a little. The same thing happens with strip clubs and strippers.

It's kind of black and white, by default they are quite polite that is the SR way. But any problem that happens, they are going to be very rude to either you, or occasionally the dancer. They have to be rude to someone in other words.
The Rhino Staff are very rude, f* Rhinos.
For the most part they've been cool to me (waitresses, doormen, bouncers, etc.); even the infamous Melissa at worst is neutral with me.
The only time I saw management be "rude" to anybody was an old asian guy. I was sitting behind him when I see a girl go up to him, talk a little business, then walk off. He then waves over one of the bouncers that do their walkarounds and asked him loud enough for me to hear "do you have any girls that will do blowjobs for $200? That girl was crazy, she wanted $400. " LOL the bouncer was like "uhhh sir prostitution is illegal here, we don't do that. " LOL come on gramps. Keep it on the down-low. And even then the bouncer wasn't rude, just stern and shocked he was so blabby about it.
Mr. Cake, curious what did they do that was rude?
Damm I actually feel for the girls when that happens. Got to perform on an old guy who is just not cool / mature about the experience / offerings, or some male Karen who's going to ruin the vibes "I heard I can get this for $$$ on a forum".
I been kicked from Synn before for going into the restroom and throwing up in the toilet (had a little too much to drink pregame / I wasn't drunk or anything, just couldn't hold it down) and the noise was enough for them to kick me out. I wasn't mad or anything it was my fault. Probably saved me anyways from making some bad investments 😂.
I had a buddy come one time and he thought he would take some sneak pic of the stage while I was in VIP (he's not use to the environment LOL) and they caught him, told him to delete whatever's on his phone, then left him alone LOL. I was more mad at him then anything LOL.
And now the strike is over. Club is too good apparently. Not sure why they complain when they themselves are probably the same "money hungry" So with inflation business wants more money, and then they post "show love and appreciation tonight guys" come drop some $$$ on us and show us that you love us and tip us well. So aren't they greedy as well wanting more money just like the business?
As you said "money hungry", of course they're going to complain if the start losing the thing the want most. Most greedy people don't want to share.
Rhino establishments think they are better then you, stuck up / and not accommodating what so ever. . . Synn, is the opposite: friendly and easy going staff.
Most of the strippers I meet are single mothers.
Do most of these girls become strippers because they are single mothers.
I see she popped back up on synn rc last night, anyone have any recent interaction with her? Had a VIP with her over a year ago when I think she went by a different name at the time.

Chicken or the egg argument I suppose; 2 types of single mom strippers:
Type 1. Chicken. The mindset of a girl who's willing to strip also has the mindset of a girl who's willing to be a single mother. She chose to make a baby with a low-value dude who won't be a stable provider, or is too selfish to make the necessary sacrifices to stay with a good dude.
Type 2. Egg. She became a stripper because she's a single mom (her man left, went to prison, died, she left him because he's a scumbag, etc.) and it's a great job for her new position in life (flexible schedule, decent money, no professional skills required, etc.).
Most of them seem to have been strippers before having kids.
This type of single mom would be type 1.
Most of them seem to have been strippers before having kids.
This is generally the case. In a lot of the latter case where they became strippers after, they were literally prostitutes. So they didn't step up to stripping they stepped down to something much tamer and stable.
Rhino establishments think they are better then you, stuck up / and not accommodating what so ever. . . Synn, is the opposite: friendly and easy going staff.
I've seen Synn staff flip out on people, full on arguments with warnings and threats. For pretty much the same reasons SR staff are rude. You are not going to have problems if you are a normal customer though.
One guy kept arguing that he couldn't use Apple pay to get in while his friend is trying to calm him down saying no I'll just pay for you. Kept complaining for 5 minutes. Manager finally yelled at him saying if you complain once you step inside I'll kick you out. After moreback and forth, he followed his friend in and shut up about it. They searched him for weapons carefully. I was held up behind these guys for the whole 5-10 minute argument wondering when I could pay to get in. I paid and waited to be searched. The bouncer was confused what I was waiting for and said "You're good to go".
Rudeness and arguments are always for an actual reason, no matter how petty. They do not want customers like that, for better or worse. They don't even pay attention or interact with 90% of customers. I'll go a dozen times for hours and never interact with staff except to pay for a dance or solve a basic problem.
Preach FW! These are true words, everyone listen.

I never understood why some guys come with an attitude and seem mad. You got a buffet of women dressed in slutty outfits to choose from. It's heaven for me. Just pick a women have your way with her and leave with a smile on your face. What is there to be angry about.

If you're an angry drunk then it might be hard to stay reasonable and in control when some stupid thing triggers you.
I've never understood the whole "no alcohol in nude clubs" thing. As if somehow seeing a pussy is going to make drunk guys go berserk but seeing titties is perfectly fine.
Maybe you want to know customers are assholes before coming in the club so they don't do claim that they were overserved and got $2 k worth of dances. Some guys really change after some liquid confidence.
