[/QUOTE]And yet, how often does someone mention that he paid 30 or 40, only to have other members blast him for paying more than 20, often saying that "if you give them more than 20 they will start to think they're worth more than 20." For this reason I never reveal how much I paid when I post something. I happen to think that payment should be commensurate for the services received, and there actually are some girls out there that ARE worth more than 20. I often pay 30 or 40 for the better girls, plus extra for pictures and a tip if services deserve it and it's usually worth every penny. And you know what? The girls appreciate it, take good care of me and remember me, and if I see them again I get even more superior service and a good time is had by all. You pay more than in Baltimore. However, in their red light districts you can easily find very hot women. (Since they're posing in a window you don't have to guess much between your first sight and initiating an encounter.)

Also, they have a comfortable room. (no car dates.) And, the cops aren't looking to trap you.

Everything is covered in Amsterdam. The rates of transmission of STDs is very low. The girls are real pros at making you happy. The whole experience is very safe and everyone (I. E, John, girl, landlords and the community) benefits.

Too bad Baltimore can't adopt the practices of Amsterdam. What would a RLD with women in windows do for economically disadvantaged places like Sowebo? It would probably become a boom town.

I haven't been out in a very long time due to an increase in my work requirements but the spots I do go to have next to no other traffic on them, which would any other car / truck stand out.

The 9th Admonishment has been used in the past to establish this right in certain US Supreme Court cases. The wording is vague and easily misleading:

What is the definition of "the press"? A person trained, licensed, and carrying special credentials identifying them as such, or anyone, such as an individual person or persons who decide to freelance and submit their reports on a commercial or community medium?

I as both a Libertarian and Constitutional Realist (someone who believes the US Constitution is a living, breathing document open to changing interpretation as the world around it changes) believe that the internet has created persons that are as much the legal definition of "press" as anyone. Therefore my personal opinion is that someone were to film you in public and post it to a website, they would have a legal right to do so, and you would have no recourse against them unless you can prove slander or libel. The burden of proof is on your shoulders.
