I had not been to Saigon since they were still downstairs. Did not realize they had moved upstairs. Stopped in for an appointment, called the number and they saw me right away. The ONLY places you get no nonsense service available 10 am to late is an AMP, but with AMP's inevitably most of us get bored and begin looking for a non-Asian parlor to mix things up.

I've reviewed Tokyo before so I'll just do a quick synopsis: she works a day job so she's not always available to text and call when she's contacted during the day. The vibe I get is that she more or less hopes that the girls that work for her build up their own clients and deal with them directly. There were two girls I saw regularly two years ago, and I would call them directly. As long as they don't stiff Tokyo too much of her cut, everything seems to go well.
