If you disregard traffic both ways and figure that your visit is likely to take about an hour and ten minutes or so, you'll need about two hours for the entire thing.

I am not sure that AZN will even let you in the door as a walk-in; every time I've been there I've been asked for my name and my appointment time (through a locked door) when I've rang the bell.
